Ras Al Khaimah Police arrest gang of thieves targeting unfinished properties

Four individuals were recently sentenced to prison by the Ras Al Khaimah criminal court for stealing from under construction homes in the area. The group of four Asians targeted homes in the final stages of construction, using saws and other tools to break through fences and doors in order to steal valuable and expensive items such as electrical wiring and water pumps.

Police received 15 reports of theft and quickly formed a team of CID officers to investigate the crimes. The officers were able to identify and arrest the suspects, who were found in possession of a variety of tools like saws, scalpels, scissors, and gloves. In questioning, the suspects confessed to their crimes in detail and were subsequently charged with theft from 15 homes.

After being found guilty, the individuals were sentenced to prison and will be deported back to their home country once they have served their time.
