A serial sexual abuser of southwest Ohio was imprisoned for 27 years for the pornography of Filipino children.
The man was given a sentence for paying poor women in the Philippines for pornographic images of children. In March Charles Lee Frazier, 42, of Sidney, Ohio pleaded guilty for producing child pornography and he was previously convicted and given an 84-month prison term in 2011.
Frazier was a registered sex offender at the time of the new offense. According to U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Ohio Frazier used Filipino dating sites to find women in poverty and on Skype he got sexually explicit pictures.
He also sent child-pornography images to the women and asked them to show them to their children to convince them to engage in sexual behavior and to kill infants during sexual assaults.
Frazier sent money to women in the Philippines from April through July 2019 and paid about $800 to one individual for nude images of a 7-year-old girl and a woman said she needed the money for food.
